Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

• Certain products (e.g., clearance, hygiene-sensitive toys) cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
